As part of our company philosophy, contributing to the well-being of our employees is important. However, supporting the education of their children is even more important. Contributing to a future of more opportunities for them makes us proud.
Since 2019 we have been allies of Peru Champs, and we are part of its scholarship initiative in Innova Schools. In this way, we encourage applications from our employees' children who seek quality education and promote the importance of education as the best inheritance we can leave our children.
For the new 2022 scholarship call, we have prepared to encourage children to apply until November 30. We have held small meetings with employees to explain the benefits and facilities offered to them by participating in this program.
Percy Chávez, Logistics and Warehouse Personnel, has been the first beneficiary of our company's support for his children's scholarships. In 2019 his son Denniss Chávez was awarded a scholarship to study at Innova. The following year, his brother Brian Chávez enjoyed and lived this new experience that will contribute to the future of his education and better opportunities for the family.
Every year, we carry out internal campaigns to promote the interest of our employees. Carla Avila, National Human Resources Manager, commented on this process: "We have been in charge of locating employees in our company who meet the basic requirements established by Peru Champs so that their children can pass the admission test and apply for this scholarship."
In addition, Ávila highlighted the work carried out by Coinrefri: "this aid represents a great social commitment for the company to the families of its employees and is part of our philosophy as a company to contribute to the future of the next citizens of Peru."
The Peru Champs program within Coinrefri allows us to help families with fewer resources since we finance part of the scholarship that children earn by taking the admission test. In this way, we contribute to quality education by supporting academic excellence and talent in each of them.
As an organization, we are pleased that more and more employees are encouraging their children to participate in this program and allow us to support them and contribute to the legacy we wish to leave in our community and clients through quality education.
